Gospel of John and 1,2,3 John

Abound meets alternating weeks opposite Moms LIFE.
We will kick the year off with Finding I AM by Lysa TerKeurst, which takes an in-depth look at Jesus’ seven I AM statements in the Gospel of John. Learn how Jesus can fully satisfy the cry of your heart. The second half of the year we will use What Love Is, a theologically rich study by Kelly Minter that will solidify your convictions around the themes of assurance, light, abiding and love. Both studies will grow your love for Jesus and anchor you in truth while living in a day where culture has lost its way.

Hopeful, Alert & Diligent is a three-part in-depth Bible study.
This weekly study will cover four books of the Bible beginning to end: 1 & 2 Peter, Jude, & The Gospel of Mark. 1 Peter challenges us to look beyond our current circumstances to a future hope; 2 Peter & Jude teach us to live righteously in an unrighteous world; and in the Gospel of Mark we see Jesus as the servant diligently doing what the Father has him to do. Romans Year 2

This weekly inductive Precepts Bible study teaches you how to dig deep into God's Word by focusing on observation, interpretation, and application. Romans 9-11 is an extended discussion of God's sovereignty. Romans 12–16 are very practical chapters; you will learn how redemption, justification, and propitiation enable you to live righteously as you serve God. The short books of Malachi and Titus are also included. You can take this study even if you didn’t participate in the Romans study last year. New this year: small group discussion.

Moms of Kids with Special Needs

This group meets monthly and will use “The Armor of God”, by Priscilla Shirer. The armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory. Grow spiritually as you dig deeper into Scripture and expand your understanding of prayer. In addition to Bible study discussion, we will share prayer needs and support one another in the journey of special needs parenting.
